SUNDAY, 18TH OF DECEMBER, 2011 - FINAL 2011 SHOWS / LINE-UP CHANGES

Tonight, on their home turf of the Indi Bar in Scarborough, Ryan Webb And The Method completed their 2011 WA Summer Tour, and their final run of shows with the current line-up, before undertaking a brief hiatus in the early part of 2012.

As one of 6 shows within 9 days, the mini-tour commenced on Friday night at Ryan's home town of Narrogin, in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. Playing at the Cornwall Hotel to an estimated crowd of almost 250 people, Ryan was able to perform for the first time in over two years at his old locale, showcasing the latest incarnation of his band for the first time to a hometown crowd. The tour then continued the following day at the World's Festival in Fremantle, where the band performed on their biggest EVER stage; the huge festival MAIN STAGE on the Fremantle Esplanade. And then finally, the shows came to an end at the familiar surrounds of the Indi Bar in Scarborough, as the band ripped through a spirited set which signalled the end of a two-year run with the current line-up. There will be significant changes to the line-up in the early part of 2012, as the band embarks on a new era and perhaps a different, more delicate approach. Thank you to all for sharing the journey thus far, it has been a pure pleasure.
